Our award-winning Stout is made using a combination of roasted barley, chocolate and black malts, creating a rich and complex flavour. In the tradition of Imperial Stouts, a higher than average alcohol content is present. The sweetness of copious amounts of malt is balanced with generous amounts of fresh local hops to create a well-balanced dry finish.
